How do I make a custom order?

It’s simple! Use the preset style options on qualifying products, or send us a message with all the details about how you would like your product to look! We accept name & date engravings, logo placement, extra stitching (e.g. pockets), and more! It’s Your World, so make it the way you want!

Where do we source our products from?

We source our products from around the world!

From sea to shining sea we search for products that are from quality suppliers. We work with them one-on-one to ensure customers are happy with where the products originate! We do not support any kind of inhumane work environments, and continually enforce proper ethics. How do I donate 2% of my order to charity?

With every online order we offer the ability to donate 2% of your purchase to the charity or foundation of your choice! It certainly adds up over time and makes it a win-win situation! You will receive a receipt showing your donation after your order is complete.

Where is World Records located?

We are currently located in the city of Bothell, WA, just north of Seattle, WA. You can also find us every Sunday at the Fremont Sunday Market where we showcase our latest products and offer free promo items to every customer.

How can I make a return?

Don’t like the product? It’s okay, we honor a 30-day money back guarantee on all products! Not only will we accept the return, but we also pay for your return shipping. Keep in mind we also honor holiday and birthday transactions, so don’t worry! If the person receives it long after the purchase, the warrantee kicks in once they get the product in their hands!
