Each product has a 1 year warranty. This warranty covers smalls rips, tears and breakages. We will ship it to one of our manufacturing houses for repair, and return the product to you.

To file a claim, all you need to do is send us a message about the issue you’re dealing with, along with your order number it pertains to, using our various contact outlets.

We offer basic shipping, and two day shipping. Due to the nature of products being created in house, there is a short delay on the actual date of shipment after date of purchase.
