Established in 2020
World Records is an independent and trusted source to create and deliver a wide variety of products. Our mission is to empower individuals with the tools and resources to unleash their creativity, imagination, and unique vision of the world.
From A to B
In 2013, our business emerged as a music production and promotion company in the area of Reno, NV. Our initial focus involved recording and promoting talented artists from the local area, while also organizing music showcases featuring various artists. Our reputation hit ground, while we hosted interviews with hall of fame country musicians that visited the area, and an array of local artists to help promote their work.
However, in late 2016, we felt it was time to embark on a new chapter and relocate to Seattle, WA. Following a few months of adjustment, we continued on to discover fresh musical talents to collaborate with.
We found a talented acoustic artist to produce, contacted venues and hosted a few shows, and found some traction. Nonetheless, the financial burden gradually brought us to the conclusion that we needed another of revenue. We then began the process of merchandising.
This not only brought forth a new stream of revenue, but also ignited a perspective on how our business could operate. We made substantial investments into an extensive inventory of merchandise. This included backpacks, camping gear, purses, sporting goods, and an array of other quality items. In 2019, we launched the sale of these products, which featured our distinctive brand name and logo.
The initial investment showed that it would certainly pay off. A new start to the business had begun… but then, when the unanticipated global pandemic hit in 2020, all business transactions came to a halt.
We took a moment to reevaluate our business practices. Instead of continuing with the importation of overseas-manufactured goods, which at this point was completely impractical, we decided to build our own shops, to produce the product ourselves. We gathered raw materials, invested in up-to-date machinery, and took the first steps into the unknown.
Over the ensuing two years, we honed our skills and expanded our repertoire, culminating in a diverse range of products. This included clothing, bags of various sorts, home decor, jewelry, and an array of accessories. With a commitment to sustainability, we began focusing our raw materials from local suppliers, forging valuable partnerships within our community. Furthermore, we continued to upgrade our machinery, expanding our production capabilities.
Focused and determined, we remain mindful of the challenges and obstacles that may lie ahead. Fortified by adaptability, we live in an environment that evokes both your creativity, and ours. We look forward to what is to come, and welcome the future.
